These terms are the agreement between you and Urban Operas, LLC for using the Urban Operas app and website. Plain language where possible, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Urban Operas is a streaming service for original vertical drama series, delivered through our mobile apps. The website provides information about our series, cast, and studio. Urban Operas, LLC owns and operates the service.
You need an account to watch. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email current so we can reach you about billing and security.
The first episodes of each series are free to watch. Continuing past the free episodes requires a paid subscription.
If you subscribe inside our iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded under their policies, and refund requests must go to them. For subscriptions billed directly by us, contact support@urbanoperas.com.
If we change subscription pricing, we will tell you in advance and the change will apply to the following billing period, never retroactively.
Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non transferable, non exclusive license to stream our series for your own private, non commercial viewing. That license lasts only as long as your subscription is active.

All series, episodes, artwork, logos, and the Urban Operas name are owned by Urban Operas, LLC or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
If you submit a project through our creator submission form, the submission release presented with that form governs it. In short: submitting creates no confidential relationship, no obligation for us to respond or acquire, and no compensation. We develop and review many projects and may already have or later acquire material similar to yours. Submitting is free, and we will never charge a submission fee.
Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to breach its security, and do not interfere with other people's use of it.
You can stop using the service at any time and cancel through your app store or by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, particularly for piracy or credential sharing. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
Our catalog changes. Series may be added or removed, and features may change. We do not guarantee that a specific title will remain available.
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Urban Operas, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
